The Pantry at 51 is really excited to introduce the Ethical Otter Refill. After having to sadly close our cafe kitchen we felt our energy was best spent creating a new concept for Refill.
We have always though that refill is not enough and as the climate crisis continues to worsen, we need to have a greater understanding of the impact the food and products we use are having on the environment.
That's where Ethical Otter comes in. We will be researching each product and giving it a rating our of 5 for;
Ethicality & Sustainability
All in an effort to understand what impact that product has on the environment.
